The Royal Television Society – 2022 Television Journalism Awards took place at the the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on February 23rd this year with the successful return to the in-person event. Wolftech had the pleasure of sponsoring the event for the first time and supporting the industry in the UK.
The prestigious awards celebrate the creative and excellent journalism for both news and current affairs.
ITV scored the highest award count of the night, taking home nine wins across the 19 competitive categories including Breaking News, Scoop of the Year and News Coverage – International for ITV News’ ‘Storming the Capitol’.
Some of Wolftech management attended the event alongside valued customer – the BBC. Overall, the evening also represented a successful reimergence of in-person industry awards and was held with delight from all in attendance.
